Refund & Cancellation Policy

Domain registrations

Domain registration begins immediately when you order, and once the registry has completed the registration it is non-refundable — this is a rule of the domain registries, not something we can reverse. Our one-off setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

Your cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. Domain registration is a service that begins immediately at your request, so by proceeding to checkout and ticking the confirmation you acknowledge that this cancellation right does not apply to the domain registration once it has begun. This does not affect your rights in relation to services that have not yet started.

If a registration fails

If we take payment but the domain cannot be registered — for example it becomes unavailable between search and purchase, or the registry rejects it — you are refunded in full, automatically.

Design and other services

Website, branding and other project work is quoted and agreed separately, and any deposit or payment terms for that work are set out in the relevant quote or agreement.
