Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Design Dragon Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number: to follow), with its registered office at 9 Guelder Rode, Dunmow, CM6 1TU. Our services

We provide website design, branding, SEO and related digital services, and we register and set up domain names on your behalf.

Domain registration and ownership

When you order a domain, we register it through our registrar and hold it on your behalf. Until any transfer is completed, the domain is registered to Design Dragon Ltd and managed for you, and you have the exclusive right to use it. You may ask us to transfer the domain into your own account or to another registrar at any time; transfers are handled manually and registry rules may require a domain to be a minimum age (often 60 days) before it can be transferred.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include the first-year registration fee plus our one-off setup fee. Payment is taken securely through Stripe. We register the domain only after your payment succeeds. Availability and price are confirmed at the moment of checkout and may change if an order is not completed.

Renewals

The first year is included in your order. We will contact you before a domain's renewal date; renewal is not automatic unless we agree otherwise with you. If a domain is not renewed it will expire, and we are not liable for its loss where you have chosen not to renew.

Refunds

Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed, and the setup fee is non-refundable once work begins. Full details, including your cancellation rights, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

• You provide accurate registrant details and keep them up to date.
• You confirm the domain and its intended use do not infringe anyone's rights or breach registry policies. We may decline or unwind a registration that does.
• You keep your account sign-in secure and are responsible for activity under it.

Third-party services and availability

Domain registration, DNS, payments and email rely on third parties (including Gandi, Stripe, Cloudflare and the domain registries). We aren't responsible for outages or changes outside our control, though we'll do our best to resolve issues promptly.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
